I hope you are all staying well and taking good care. These times are uncertain and day by day the timeline for this journey changes. I know that there are a lot of challenges out there for many people right now, and knowing that the opposite of addiction is connection - I would love to know how you are staying connected, both for yourself, and for the people you serve. An idea here could spark ideas for us all.

I agree that staying connected is more important than ever during this time of social distancing. I find myself checking in on family and friends a lot more than ever. It's ironic that being away from my loved ones has actually brought me closer to them.
I am staying connected to everyone in my network, and reading handbooks of the trainings I’ve attended. It’s like Art says sharpening my Recovery Saw! Thank you Stacy, for wanting to know what everyone is doing. Stay safe, let me know if I can help anyone.
Everyday I'm reaching out to those in my close circle of friends to see how they are doing. I use my social media channels to encourage people and raise awareness about issues or problems I identify.
