About the IARCP

Brought to you by CCAR (Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery), the International Association of Recovery Coach Professionals (IARCP) was established to unite Recovery Coach Professionals worldwide, fostering connections, advancing education, and advocating for their critical role in the recovery process.

Our mission is to ensure that Recovery Coach Professionals (RCPs) are recognized as highly sought-after resources for individuals in or seeking recovery. By supporting and elevating the work of Recovery Coaches, we strengthen recovery outcomes and advance the entire field.
